No function issues, and although I didn't measure my groups, accuracy was not visibly different from the Armscor 62gr FMJ and BVAC 64gr SP (reloads) that I also shot.There are several angles from which to view this issue. First, as it will save you the most time and money, try switching out the ammunition. If that still does not fix the problem, mechanical failure can be the cause. It can be in the hammer, cylinder, firing pin, or any other component. So, you may take it to a gunsmith to identify the issue.

I tried it for the first time a couple weeks ago in my Beretta Neos, automatic pistol. About one out of three rounds were a failure to feed.
